Muy demorados en atender, el café casi siempre sale frío… bueno todo lo demás

Look at your receipt & what you are charged .We went today placed an order. As soon as order was placed I noticed they overcharged us and asked them to undo incorrect charges already charged to the card . The other attendant also said the same. Basically: They tell us there’s no management & there’s nothing they can do about it . I told them they needed to call management to tell them how to fix it . I ask them to void the ticket . And put the Charges through correctly as to what we ordered . 2 Cuban cafe con leches , one stuffed potato & two Cuban bread toast came out to over $32 plus incorrect charges included or added things we did not buy . This also Included it a tip we did not agree to and was not given an option. This is for a self serve & no service . It ended up that at our persistent request to get a hold of management. Whoever they called on the phone seemed to also not know how to void their error on the ticket & the attendant refunded us in cash the charges for things we did not buy we got charged for on the card . But told us the tip that they included they could not credit . $4 plus they basically for a tip not agreed on. It seems they have 2 Attendants who just came to this country . Who don’t speak English & they don’t conveniently know how to operate a cash register but do conveniently know how to charge you for things you did not buy & tell you to your face they don’t have management to undo their overcharged ticket . Even in Spanish they play stupid & make errors in their favor plus a tip they did not earn included It’s no wonder even on their receipt it shows in small print they give you a credit for cash purchases It is shameful to say the least how this business operates ☺️

Este es un lugar que deberían de pulir un poco ya que he visto muchas discusiones de las dependientes y los clientes, existe la griteria de las dependientes cuando se enfurecen, en la cocina siempre hay una gran demora de esperar hasta 30 minutos por una orden, creo que los dueños deberían de reunirlos a todos porque hay muchas dificultades, y sobre todo de las dependientes q llevan poco tiempo en el establecimiento y en Cuba trayendo las costumbres de Cuba de chusmeria, les aconsejo que revisen los problemas de demoras en las cocinas, y los pedidos de los Uber q lo dejan de último, los cuales tienen que cancelar órdenes por tiempo extremadamente execivo.

Muy eficiente..tremendo servicio en la tarde. Aylen tairiy lauren son las máximas......un placer siempre en la tardes...

Lugar por la manana y por la tarde y el servicio es fabulouso no tengo un mal comentario que hacer todas las muchachas tanto las de la manana como nayla gretel daya hacen todo. Con mucho carino tanto. Como tairy y Lauren y Aylen son excelente trabajadoras pongo. La Mano por cualquiera de Ella's como buen colombiano que soy tienen todo mi respaldo cualquier duda estoy. Buenes tarde a todos lo s k están leyendo este comentario quisiera agradecer a los dueño de este lugar por las trabajadoras del turno de la tarde siendo tan jóvenes con una ética tan profesional para atender al público mucha gracias y si pueden valorar k vuelvan a poner las mesas fueras para fumarme mi cigarros y tomarme un rico café muchas gracias y k tengan un buen fin de año en compañía de sus amigos y familiares y k tengan un prospero año para su negocio

Awesome bakery

We have been regular customers at this locations for almost two years. During all this time we visit the bakery around 2 to 4 days per week since our office is very close to it. We have to say that he has always had a very pleasant experience. All the girls at this locations are very friendly and professionals and always ready to offer you the best experience while you order and enjoy your pastelitos and cafe con leche. They is one girl in particular that get my orders most of the time, Ailen. She has been such a great addition to this Pinecrest bakery location. Always ready to help, always with a smile amd always very sweet. Like she said to me once: if I’m going to do this job I have to enjoy it and I have to offer the best to customers. I always remember that everyday. Thanks for making our morning and days sweeter.
