Was looking for a good Chinese restaurant around the Soho on Michelin that would get my brother and I quality food for a good price and Pinch Chinese was a great decision. Their soup dumplings are savory. I had the snow crab which was amazing and my brother had the wagyu fried rice which he loved. Affordable good chinese. Would recommend. Place is also aesthetically very nice.

Our recent visit to the restaurant left us with mixed feelings. While the ambiance and food were enjoyable, the constant rushing by the waitstaff significantly impacted our dining experience. Despite arriving on time and being aware of the table turnover, we felt hurried, with dishes being cleared without our consent multiple times. A more considerate approach to pacing would greatly enhance the overall enjoyment for guests.

They don’t have happy hour anymore but I got the spicy wontons and they tasted great. They have hooks at the bar and I went on a Monday night around 6 before the “snow storm” and it wasn’t to busy

Amazing food, service and great vibes. Be ready to shell out a little extra money though. It's worth it!

We had our anniversary dinner at Pinch tonight and it was fantastic. Service was impeccable and the food was just awesome. Starters were the famous dumplings. Best vegetable dumplings in the world. And we’ve been to China many times. Our main dish was the lamb which was absolutely fantastic. The flavors of cinnamon, cardamom and cumin with the perfectly cooked lamb falling off the bone. A gourmet poem. This is our favorite Chinese place and we look forward coming again many many times.

We went on NYE. The food was excellent -- the Peking duck and the string beans were unbelievably good, though honestly I've had better soup dumplings. We loved the wine they recommended, a sparkling cider-like concoction made by women in Wisconsin. The service was quite good, especially considering the holiday crowd. The issue was the bill, which was eye-popping, even by this lifelong New Yorker's standards. The meal was about $100 per person, and we simply didn't eat that much. We shared a single duck entree and had four sides, two bottles of the wine. It seemed excessive, especially as the portions were not larger than average. So would I recommend it? Only if money is no object. Then, sure. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Wow!! We have lived in Singapore for 18 years and were regular visitors of Din Tai Fung. We crave for the flavors and tastes of DTF and finally found it here. Loved the beef with Szechuan peppers, loved all the dumplings, the Brussels sprouts and the fried rice. Also loved the pop up wine experience with sommeliers pairing the food with wine. Amazing experience and we will be back for sure one day!
