Came here with a group of friends to celebrate a friend’s birthday and it was totally disorganized. They had one bartender/cook for a place that was PACKED on a Saturday night. We ordered our drinks using the QR code and finally were told after waiting 30 minutes that we had to go to the bar and ask for them. (The drinks are also overpriced and they were out of stock of a lot of items on their menu). They add in an automatic gratuity no matter the size of the party. On Instagram it said free mimosas after 12 and when we got there they said they didn’t do that. It’s a great concept but they need more staff and better execution.

Actually made reservations, went this place, the location was sending me text about reservations are still made. Get to the place and it was CLOSED. FALSE advertisement! Good thing they didn't ask for a CC to hold and STEAL your identity

Not worth it

The atmosphere and live DJ was great! The service was horrible. There was a code on the table to use to view the menu and place an order. Only to be told after 30min by a waiter we stopped to inquire about our order, that we can't use the code on the table because their system isn't communicating with it AND that our order would not be refunded because the system didn't receive it although our credit card had already been charged.

Nice atmosphere

This place is 100% disorganized and 100% not worth the money. - hardly any mixers (coke and sprite only) - only had guiness as the beer option - drink prices don't match menu (tried to charge $18 for a margarita, menu says $8) - no explanation of how the game works - Waited 20+ min for a jack and coke, never received the drink but got the bill. I asked for a refund as I didn't want to be there any longer, the staff couldn't process a refund. I have a receipt that's says the Owner will void at closing. We left as soon as possible.

Overall horrible experience. I wish I had two sets of hands to give 4 thumbs down. It’s a nice chill spot to kick it sure, but the service is way below par. Management needs to redo their current systems in place. I ordered 6 lemon pepper wings and a drink. Took 25 minutes to get the beer, and 3 hours and 30 min to get my 6 wings. I asked the bartender and host twice about my order and basically was ignored. I ordered my wings at 930 PM and didn’t get them until 1230 AM after expressing my frustration several times. Wouldn’t recommend.

Customer service not good at all. Took hours to get food and very bland atmosphere.

Will not be back again, I waited for 3hrs for 6-piece wings & fries (They lost my digital order), the entire business felt as though the owner rushed the process out of excitement. Initially, when I walked in, it looked like someone just purchased a building and placed tables randomly inside, with no real business plan (Was it a Game Center? Game Night Place? I genuinely couldn’t tell because there’s no way it was a restaurant with only ONE cook) There was one bartender & one cook, for a such “popular place” (The location is pretty large too) —I want better for this business. In addition, the restrooms were filthy and appeared they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. No toilet paper in the ladies room, one roll remained, so we all gathered in line in hopes of being able to use that last roll. Not to mention, there were a few rolls left, which had been on the dirty wet & urinated floor. There was no soap in the dispensers, and no trash cans either. It was pretty unsettling and disheartening. This business is clearly understaffed & doesn’t have the proper business structure or management. It’s evident the owner is trying to save major money by not hiring people— When in reality, he can implement changes in the facility to make the agenda more clear. The “Projector” which had a football game showing, was just sitting on gymnastics boxes. People, including myself, kept walking in front of it. For a business, it’s an investment to get that projector mounted and out of the way. I would definitely consider hiring more cooks, more bartenders, more games (IT’S SO MUCH SPACE)— Get a mechanical bull, more “bowling” lanes, move the sofas against the wall, maybe more basketball nets, more games, utilize all the green space; it will attract returning customers. It seems like people only came because a blogger made it viral on TikTok! Won’t be back unless owner does major changes & gets toilet paper.
