Worst place to stop and get food , me and my husband stopped on the way home and we decided to try a new place. Well we got out appetizer no problem but when it came to our food it took over an hour to get two meats , Mac and cheese also cucumber and tomato for sides , well my husband asked how long for our food since we watched three bigger tables who ordered after us got the food they ordered and she said that there is a couple of big orders ahead of us and she never came to check up on us or gave us an update on our food order.
If you're anywhere near New Hartford, you absolutely have to eat at Piggie Pat's. They have the best Buffalo wings I have ever eaten. Bar none. The food here is delicious. Pulled pork, ribs, chicken. It's all good. I recommend you get the 2 meat dinner with baby back ribs and chicken, for your sides get the mac and cheese and the backed beans. Definitely get the Buffalo wings as an appetizer. The atmosphere is nice and clean. The waiter was friendly and check with me often to see if I needed anything. The place is often packed, so call ahead. I highly recommend you try this place. They also have a bar area for adult beverages. Vegetarian options: I didn't see any vegetarian items on the menu except salads etc. Parking: Plenty of free parking Wheelchair accessibility: It's fully wheel chair accessible
brisket fatty, ribs burnt, dry mac n cheese , sauces gross. wings fatty and soft, to much rub. go there if you want a corn muffin..
Not a good visit this time. Sorry.
Used to be so much better!
Last night I got the pulled pork dinner with baked beans sweet potatoes and cornbread. The only thing that was good and hot was the baked beans. The pulled pork and corn bread were cold. The pulled pork was burnt and tasted like it wasn't fresh at all. The booth seats need to be replaced and are very ripped too. Their app to pay with doesn't work at all. Wr had to wait a while for everything from start to finish. There was no butter for my sweet potatoes at all. Like said that they came with at all. The pulled pork was very dry.
Food is excellent in the staff was very attentive and nice. The food came out very quick and was delicious. You got their several times. Enjoyed every one of them. Parking: Parking was relatively easy to get into and get out. Kid-friendliness: Nice place to bring your kids for a sit down meal.
We had never eaten there before and decided to get a little bit of everything. We go pulled pork, brisket, chicken, ribs, baked beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac & cheese, salt potatoes and baked beans. We got the reg BBQ and the bourbon sauce. All the meat was amazing! I just wish they hadn't forgotten the sauces :( The pulled pork is good naked but would have been better with a sauce. I wasn't a fan of the baked beans, as they have sausage in them, or the gravy (tasted kind of like vegetable soup broth). Everything else was amazing. The mac & cheese and mashed potatoes were out of this world. We'll definitely get it again, just this time know what to ask for :)
We had an after baptism party there. They were very accommodating by serving us their catering menu and letting us use the bigger dining room. The food was delicious!!
