If I could give them less than one star I would. Franchise owners: you need to step it up. You were supposed to be participating in the World Down's Syndrome Day fundraiser for The Down's Syndrome Association of Central California. We come and order only to find out by the time we're at the register you're not participating??? Way to drop the ball on supporting your community. We were already hesitant coming to this location because of how poorly your location is managed. The three other times we've come before employees cared more about talking with eachother than they did asking what customer would like on their pizzas, and the orders to way too long to fulfill. I will never take my family to this location ever again. I hope a local business replaces you.

Food was tasty and hot; however, it was super dirty and unsanitary. Staff did not clean after customers and there was a stack of plates. Also, there was a homeless guy inside who reeked of stench. He was sitting with all his stuff and I could not sit and enjoy my food. I don’t want to sound rude but there should a time limit.

PLEASEEEEE hire more people! There are 3 workers, one making pizzas, one watching the oven and i’m not sure where the other went… we waited about 30-45 minutes. The worker was SUPER sweet and very reassuring, I just feel bad for him because not only did he have to do all the online orders plus the in store, he also had to restock 3-4 ingredients by himself…. you guys have great workers, but the scheduling is not it… this is why people leave jobs like this because they are stuck pulling all the weight… PLEASE find some more help!!

Im not sure when it went so downhill. We’ve eaten here quite a bit . Tonight it was skimpy toppings and when I asked for more mushrooms I was told he couldn’t do that or he’d get in trouble . The business manager was up front and I asked her what happened she said , “it’s unlimited but limited ????

We go here every once and a while. This time was phenomenal! Alicia L was very helpful and patient with us when we were ordering! She encouraged us to get the app and the app is great too! She was a great part of the pieology experience! She made the pizzas which were very good too!

The food wasn’t bad but there wasn’t a single clean dining table, restrooms were filthy, and there was also a male Employee that kept taking his hair out of A bun and running his fingers through his hair with no gloves and then proceeding to make pizza boxes without washing his hands and still not wearing gloves. Kinda gross. Don’t know if we will be back after this.
