The pizza was really good, but the restaurant needed some attention. The staff was polite and very helpful.

I love their pizza. Unfortunately, the pandemic has negatively affected their hours and staffing. They are doing the best they can considering the situation.

We went to Pieology for dinner. We were probably the third or fourth family in line and we stood in line for at least 40 minutes. They were clearly understaffed, we were understanding and patient but it did not seem like they had a good workflow going on.As first timers to this spot, there was no menus for us to see while we waited in line!! The big board up top simply had the types of crust. They could hugely benefit from listing the sauces, cheeses and toppings. This would allow customers to be more ready with their orders as they are waiting in line. They had a small 8 ½ by 11 inch sign upfront with fun toppings combinations, that you could only see if you were standing directly in front of the sign as it was so small.When we got over to the counter to choose toppings, sauces and cheese, nothing was labelled. The staff was also sloppy with the toppings and crumbled my mushrooms all over my husband’s pizza, (he hates mushrooms).The pizza was good and you could easily split a pizza with a friend or take half home for leftovers. We weren’t impressed with this place even after giving them the benefit of the doubt of being understaffed. If you’re in the Bridge Street area there’s tons of other restaurants around…

1st time eating there,the pepperoni pizza was the bomb...we definitely will be back....It was very affordable,we both ate and had sweet teas all for under $20.00

Best pizza place ever! Their food is amazing, and their customer service is no match! It is clean and very reasonable. It never disappoints. My husband finally has a place where he can get dairy free pizza. Thank y'all so much!

Super understaffed, I feel bad for the workers. This is the 3rd time I've put in an online order and it wasn't even started when I went to pickup at the indicated time (it wasn't ready until 30 minutes later) Unfortunately I won't be back for a while until they can hire more staff

Really yummy pizza and lots of variety to choose from.
