So my intern bought me 4 of these cupcakes. It was a Monday so when I got home and ate the dry cupcakes my initial thought was that maybe they were purchased early in the weekend. My family and I then decided to get cake from this establishment. We were truly bursting with excitement over the thought of this cake. We purchased white chocolate, German chocolate, hummingbird, and carrot cake. All dry and nasty. The only one with some moisture was the hummingbird and I believe it is because it does have banana in it. The next day take a bite and it’s even drier. I could have easily bought a $2 box of Betty Crocker and made a much better cake than any of these. Save your money. The young lady in the store was nice but not much personality.

The strawberry cake I picked up last minute came out so delicious. I bought candles from here too!

I am from a family of 6 and we.like to enjoy birthday cakes.from this location each birthday. 2 weeks prior I just ordered my daughter a 9 inch $48 coconut cake And it was totally delicious and so I decided for my birthday which came up on March 8th that I would do the same or to the same size cake for coconut a 9 inch round.... However when I arrived to pick it up around The cake was not the right size it was a smaller size and when she opened the cake to show me she realized that she had given the bigger cake my cake away to a previous customer who bought the smaller round all that she offered to do was take off the difference of price without any other concession I was disappointed though because I really wanted my original size cake or just a full refund.... so I am disappointed as I've purchased at least 6 to 7 cakes in total from all the birthday members of my family and now this. You really need to have a better work around when the goof up is on the stores part and I pay certain amount of money $51 cost of cake with tax and spent time to drive out to a location to get 7 dollars back and no other customer service for a much smaller cake. They weren't paying attention to the names on the boxes...someone made off with a big cake for much less of a price and I am left wanting more. When I mentioned it wasn't enough to feed the people I bought the cake for ....she says well it feeds up 8-10. Which is insensitive because I did not ask for her opinion I wanted the correct size of cake. Contemplating if going to use them again. Disappointed... *********************** @Helen below It is Monday and I now see your response does that mean they will make the situation correct and reach out to me or is this just a talk you are having with the site about the situation with no follow-up to me because follow-up from the store about the situation would make a world of difference in wanting to do continued business with you. The cake was as dry as the service!

Very confused by the reviews saying the cakes don’t taste good. I always get delivery so I can not speak on customer service, but their cake is top tier and moist and delicious. I don’t even like cream cheese frosting but I will eat theirs. I’ve gained weight off these cakes so, highly recommend unless you’re dieting lol

Went for the first time on Saturday and got the birthday cake and the yellow cake with chocolate icing slices and they both were 10/10 especially the yellow cake with chocolate icing !!! I’m obsessed

Dry and taste was off

Awful customer service, and mediocre, dry cake, especially for the price. We tried the birthday cake and the chocolate. Birthday was okay, - chocolate was terrible, dry, no flavor. Publix does better, for cheaper, and with a smile. Also, I asked if I could purchase a piece of pumpkin spice cake that was displayed in a case in the front as you come in the door. I was told no cause it’s not cut yet (I only asked cause there was already a piece missing out of it). I asked if she’d mind and that I’d be happy to wait cause I don’t live close to their store - she told me no cause it’s wasn’t her job to cut the cakes, and that she wouldn’t be able to do that while there were customers there. There were two other people in the store at the time. Won’t spend another dime here after this experience. A cake shop is in the business of selling cake, plain and simple. Staff needs training.
