We had amazing customer service tonight. Our food hot and flavorful, and Julieta was kind and responsive when our food so spicy....so grateful for her and the rest of her team here....we are from out of town, and it's nice to be treated nicely. Rosita

After regrettably consuming 10% of this order of House Special Chicken and egg rolls, the rest is in the garbage and now I’m cooking dinner. Yuck. Arrived secured and then went downhill. Ordered extra sauce but they packaged chicken and rice together. The rice became saturated and inedible. Paid for all white meat; what arrived was not pleasant. The two egg rolls were soaking in grease. You could actually squeeze and get drops of oil; an unpleasant first. Wasted money; regret this experience.

A lot of options available and also different flavors.

I miss ,"Alton Square Plaza is my favorite place.." Bummer that they closed this location.. Closes ones near by,"Is Tustin on Jamboree near Market Place Location and Harvard and Main Street.."

What can you expect from a national chain Chinese restaurant that is usually located in malls and airports? Practically flavorless and greasy Firecracker Chicken, for one. There was about a 1/4 cup of oil floating on top of the chicken, like they didn’t bother to drain it or they used WAY too much. The chicken pieces were more coating/breading than actual meat. The Asian Lettuce Wraps were a disgrace. The lettuce was rotten and wilted. The stir fry mixture had hardly any chicken in it. I was desperately hungry and didn’t have time to re-order or send it back. So, I had to make due with this prison food slop that they sent me. Overall, the only reason I chose this place was because I was stuck in a hotel on a Sunday night and it was one of the few places open. Thoroughly unsatisfying. Don’t waste your time or money.

We recently ordered a meal from the company directly, however, when they delivered the wrong meal to our family, they never apologized, blamed it on Door Dash, and when we reordered the food, our family waited— and waited… We called to check on the status, never did the company accept responsibility. Never again will we order from them. Such negligence.

Food is fine. Priceced fine. Will keep comming

After picking up to go orders regularly for years, the last order I got was packaged in a bowl combining the rice and proteins. It seemed I got less meat. I assume they changed the to go packaging due to the skyrocketing costs and price increases due to inflation. I preferred the separate cartons as I don't prefer mixing the rice together with the order. In the grocery business they call UT "shrinkflation". Making packaging smaller to avoid raising the already skyrocketing price of food

Very happy to see this place open on 4th of July. The lady working the register was very friendly and helpful
