Piccolo Gelato

Upon entry my family and I greeted the young brunette girl with long hair working behind the counter and she didn’t even crack a smile let alone say hello. She was so stone faced that it made us all very uncomfortable, all while she had one air pod in. We placed our order and during the entire transaction the only thing she said to us was whether or not we wanted a waffle with it. Despite her nasty attitude after paying we said thank you and still no response. The gelato was good but extremely soft and was melting by the time we sat outside on the bench. I’m a business owner myself and this is exactly the type of employee I would never want anywhere near my business let alone interacting with customers. Quite literally the worst service I’ve ever had.

I very much enjoyed visiting this yummy place. Go visit great products.

Many flavors are gluten free. Beware - they try to put a piece of waffle cone in each bowl, which is not gluten free. Staff didn't understand why I couldn't eat the gelato after the eagle cube had been put into and then removed from my serving. Had to request a new serving, which they made for me.

We left our restaurant from dinner and skipped desert to walk to Piccolo to get gelato with my 7 year old son. We arrived before their 9pm closing time but they were already cleaning up. One of the girls was going to let my son in but another worker visibly told her no and we even offered to pay cash. Needless to say we didn’t get any gelato.

Fantastic gelato.

Love this place. Gelatos are delicious and taste natural. Loved to walk around town eating mine.
