I love all of the staff and food at Picco! The best!!!!

Very good pizza. My girlfriend and I split a large which was a great size for 2 people. Broccoli side dish was so great! Very nice that you can 1/2 and 1/2 the pizzas. We split a cheese and the goat cheese/arugula/red peppers. Both were lovely. Service was very nice and attentive. Only down side was that the restaurant was freezing cold and we were on the opposite side of the door.

I live in the South End and this is easily my go-to place. I cannot recommend Picco highly enough. This is definitely the best pizza outside of the North End and is still one of the top pizza places in all of Boston. The prices are exceptional for the South End and reasonable in general; I personally feel like the prices are fair and feel like I get my money’s worth. They have a few standard pizzas and then rotate a few original recipes weekly so you can always get something new. All of the pizza I have had from Picco has been delicious. They have been cooked perfectly every time. They have a diverse selection of local beers and wine. Unsurprisingly, the ice cream is wonderful, too! The flavors are rich and the consistency is creamy. Again, they change these up all the time so there’s always something new to try. You can also just pop in for a scoop which I love doing on summer evenings. Service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is chill making Picco a great place for lunch with friends. I schedule lunches to Picco on my calendar way in advance as a treat for myself to look forward to.

Pizza is just alright but has some solid sauce and mozzarella
