Piada is one of my favorite places to eat when i don’t want the typical American cuisine! Fatima and Sandra were amazing and have impeccable customer service! My favorite location over any in the DFW metroplex!

I love this Piada location! The food is always so fresh and yummy. It’s a great middle ground between healthy and savory. My only suggestion for improvement is that only half of the staff is nice and the other half can be a bit standoffish. Because of the background music and glass, sometimes it’s difficult for the staff to hear you so if they misheard you and you clarify your order you might receive some rolling eyes or side jokes between the staff. Its a bit offputting and unprofessional but not enough to keep me from coming back because I love the food.

4/5 because they forgot to give my lady her crispy chicken in her pasta!. .
