Food and services is not good. The fries looks and tastes rotten.
They shouldn't serve food, everything we got was bad. Kunnefeh tasted like they boiled it in water and then served it with water that has sugar in it. The tiramisu had no coffee. The staff was understaffed. The girl got everything we ordered wrong. We ordered 1 kuneffeh she brought out two. We ordered grape fruit flavor hookah. She brought out a grapefruit head. Not one but on both of our hookahs. I am not sure if she was trying to run up a higher bill for higher tip but she kept making the mistake. Since the service was so seldom, we didn't say anything because she was barely there to serve us. The first time I came here I had so much fun and brought my friends out but this time was not good.
Waiter was nice, but the manager was rude and unprofessional. Our group of 20 faced disappointment after ordering food. 20 minutes later, we were informed that most menu items were unavailable. The wait for our food lasted nearly 2 hours, with many desired dishes unavailable. Attempts to push cheap and unappetizing options left a bad impression. I'd recommend avoiding this place for a more enjoyable experience, and we won't be returning.
It was a tight s***** place, they tried to fit as many people as possible for the Christmas Eve event. People were dancing on the tables and the chairs. Other than hookah, people were smoking cigarettes and other stuff... I'm not sure if that is allowed. The singer was horrible. The sound system was worse. Not worth the money we spent.
This place has the worst customer service. The waitress was extremely rude and unprofessional. We wanted to order a few of the deserts on the menu, they did not have any of them available. Even though the items we picked were from the menu, waitress blamed us for ordering weird things and not liking what they offer. Then, we asked to add hot water to the tea pot we got, because there were 5 teabags in it and it was extremely bitter to drink. The waitress pretty much yelled at us for asking something “unfair”, rather than politely declining.
