Hits the spot on a cold Toronto day. Their pho broth is one of the best in the biz. There's a few Xe Lua's in the GTA and taste among them is fairly consistent. Just wished the broth's temperature when served is a little hotter as it gets lukewarm quickly and the rare beef doesn't get cooked properly. Price is reasonable and selection varied. Menu's been updated. Ample seating for about 60 people. Service is fast but aloof. Decent English spoken by the servers. Parking is free but can be nutty during peak times.
I ordered this from UberEat tonight and the food sucks! COMPLETELY NOT VIETNAMESE FOOD! So disappointed! We ordered lemongrass chicken with rice! Very “FUNNY”, no lemongrass flavor at all, just a bunch of rice, the chicken is so dried and blend. And the other dish, deep fried spring roll, so dried, I don’t know what the stuffing is. Another funny dish, vermicelli, IS THIS RICE NOODLE? For real? DONT go to this fake Vietnamese restaurant or order anything for take away/delivery
