Pho Viet Bistro

Came in super late around closing time and the owner and his wife went out of their way to provide us with great food and great service! I don't live in the Springs, but if I'm in the area again I'll definitely return!

It was my first visit. I ordered the veggie pho with veggie broth. Many places don't have that option. Everything was great! I will go again soon. Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Pho chuy. Great.

Great food, just took awhile to get our food & had to take some of it to go. Definitely want to go back again though, when we have more time. By the way, they're open 11am to 11pm!
