I had the steak, brisket, & tendon pho. The broth was flavorful & food came out fast. It’s definitely more affordable pho compared to a lot of places these days.

I'm so disappointed. Traveled from Las Vegas to house sit in Tacoma. This place was close, and being from WA originally, I thought it would be fine. No. Got chicken Pho, and I promise they gave me old thin slices of bad sandwich meat. They gentlemen at the counter was not friendly and the unused tables were dirty. They didn't clean up after any guest left. I don't recommend

This is quite possibly the worst vietnamese food I have ever had. Every piece of vegetable that was in my dish was withered and rusty. The meat that didn't taste rancid tasted like an old refrigerator, you could tell it had been frozen and thawed multiple times. The GRILLED pork was served cold. The spring rolls were old and had some weird grainy consistency to them, along with the veggies being wilted and the pork and shrimp being old and foul tasting. The person serving us was very nice and the place felt relatively clean. I will never be back.

I hate to give mediocre reviews, but I have been here a few times and my experience has been consistent. Keep in mind this is the cheapest Pho you are likely to find in western Washington. It is the only place I’ve seen pho for under $10 since 2005. So you get what you pay for. I’ve been really disappointed with the amount of meat in the chicken Pho Noodles are also usually much more generous.

Edit: I went back again yesterday, again pleasant fast experience. But I ordered two Spring Rolls, they missed one of them. I won't be back, I will try Mama's Pho instead. Please check your orders before picking up from there as well. Original Review: I ordered and picked up today. I got Fresh Spring Roll (1 pc), Steak Fat Brisket Tendon Pho, and chicken Banh Mi (Sandwich). I paid a total of $25.35 with tip included. The food was ready when I arrived. I was not there long. The man behind the counter was quiet but pleasant. Signed the receipt, and walked my food back to work. Everything was packaged well for travel. They included all basic sides for the Pho. The paper bag was not quite strong enough, but it did the job, I didn't have to walk far. The flavor: The Pho was hot. They could have added more meat to the order. The overall flavor was decent. Slightly bland until you added all the sides and sauces. It is not mind-blowing Pho, but for the price you pay it was not bad. The Spring Roll was a bit smaller than I am used to but still tasted good. The peanut sauce was not peanut-y enough in my opinion, but was also not terrible. The Banh Mi sandwich was yummy! It was not hard or old bread, but very crusty. I dipped it into the pho broth and it was all delicious together that way too. Edit: Dipping it helped make the bread softer. Summary: The price you pay is what you get. If you need some quick and easy lunch option, this was not bad. If you want higher quality, you may want to seek somewhere else. Definitely mom & pop, family owned small business. I'm glad I could give them a go. I may go back someday for convenience sake. Please add a bit more meat to order and more peanut to sauce.

The atmosphere was lovely and the service was great, but it was hands down the worst Vietnamese food I've had. All of the meat (the pork in the bún bowl, the beef in the pho and the shrimp in the spring roll) tasted rancid and stale. I couldn't finish anything we ordered. At least the portions were small.

Just came here repeat what others have said - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE: My friend and I came in for lunch. For starters, we had to fetch our own menus at the desk. Awhile after we finished eating, the owner told us we needed to “clean up” our table. Confused, we questioned what he meant. He refused to answer and said “it’s my business,” and then said he needed to make space for other customers - the restaurant was EMPTY My friend and I became more upset as soon as we realized he was KICKING US OUT FOR NO REASON. They weren’t closing, there was no party coming in… so…?! We wondered if he was being racist, and unfortunately thanks to other reviews, that may have been the case. It was unreal and the worst dining experience we’d collectively experienced. The owner was raging by the time we left, because he couldn’t defend why he wanted us to leave. I would absolutely give negative stars if I could.

This place made me afraid of trying new restaurants. Horrible portions, subpar flavor. It’s just not worth it. The chicken broccoli had so much flavorless soup, it was chicken water.
