Pho San Jose - PSJ

Need more manpower to support during peak time. Also need more meat for the price.

Nice clean pho restaurant. Opens early is A+ for a nice recovering morning.

The smoked brisket pho is super bomb.

Delicious beef pho the first few times I was here but broth was super bland last time I went for dinner. Hope it’s just an off day and they are not cutting corners. Service are better than most pho places. Interior is modern and clean. They do charge 3.75% fee if you use card tho.

Nice amount of meat and onions in the pho. Broth is just right. Tendons were tasty too. It wasn’t that busy, we were taking our time, I liked how they didn’t harass us to leave by bringing the check like other places.

牛肉和雞肉都好吃，湯也好喝，又大碗。

Delicious pho. Legit soup. It tastes really good and fresh. Opted in fresh noodle. Meat tastes so good. Would want to try again here. So yummmmyyy
