Flew from Boston with my GF for vacation and was blown away by the taste of their Pho. My GF is Vietnamese and she agrees it's one of the best she's ever had. The chef is a very nice guy who took time to speak with us and tell us about the area.

The pho here is famous for using wagyu. The broth was decent. However the noodles were so soggy and overcooked, i couldn't finish it. They also have quail here which is decent. I got the spicy quail but i think i should have just got the regular.

Visiting from Chicago and came here after having a bowl of pho from Pho Akaushi at the Little Saigon Night Market back in the summer 2023. The entrance is a bit hard to find but it’s under one roof combined with a seafood restaurant. When we entered, we were greeted by the owner who was very friendly. He was adamant about reviewing the food but was never pushy in any way but rather told us to give our truthful opinions. The owner told us that the meat was high-quality meat which is why the prices are higher than most pho places. We ordered the Combination Pho Akaushi which has a mix of different meats in beef broth soup. My first impressions of the combo pho Akaushi is that the meat is high-quality and top notch as the owner said. The meat was super easy to bite into, and super soft. The noodles reminds me of the ones they serve back in Vietnam as they’re the thicker ones and super soft. My only disappointment is the soup, as I felt that it wasn’t as flavorful, wasn’t steeped long enough and tasted watery. We were also offered a sample of their Vietnamese coffee to try and it was delicious. It was creamy how I like it and isn’t as overwhelmingly strong as other places even with the ice in it.

Amazing Wagyu Broth Pho in the heart of Little Saigon. Staff and owner are very friendly and attentive. They also have a wide selection of seafood and other Vietnamese dishes as well.

Food was tasty but portions are small and prices are pretty terrible. You will probably leave hungry even after $25. Also I suggest if your physical menu's address is wrong, the prices are out of date, and half the menu is no longer for sale - that you print new and clean menus.

After eating pho for decades you tend to accept the slowly rising prices and same mediocre quality. But finding Pho Akaushi was a wakeup call. The restaurant looks like any other small pho spot from the outside, but the menu includes wagyu. The pho broth is clean and not oily, flavorful and tasty. But the highlight is the meat. The brisket and rib cubes melted in your mouth exactly how wagyu should. It was the most amazing pho meat I have ever had. Pricing was extremely fair for the quality ingredients. Service was good but please be patient as quality does take a bit longer. Highly recommend and is now our goto pho restaurant.

One of the best pho around. The cuts of meat are top quality. Also their squid dishes are a must try.

14376 Brookhurst Street This is the updated address! Not far from the other one but don’t go to the wrong place! And the photos post it seems to be for another restaurant. This places is a small mom and pop authentic Vietnamese restaurant and is not modern as in the photos Friendly man on the phone named Thomas, pretty good English and good vibes. Food is pretty good and fresh too but it is not the same prices as the online menu. Ex, my shaking beef was $18 with tax.

Good pho, but the star on the menu are the truffle fries. Can’t say enough about how good the fries are…. Crunchy and the hint of truffle makes them addictive. The beef is Wagyu, but it’s not all that special.. don’t make the mistake I did and think that it’ll be nice as fatty like Grade 5 Wagyu. It’s more like Grade, Google it and you’ll see the difference in fat content. Again nothing wrong with the meat, just meter your expectations.
