Pho tastes okay, I will Rate 3 Star on food but I will Rate 1 Star on Customer Service and Employee Behavior. I am a regular customer in this restaurant and requested 2 Chilli Oil Sauce for my 2 Chicken Pho takeout order. The lady in the Reception ( Redish Short Hair with Glass) behaved rudely with me without any reason. Management should be concerned if the employees are friendly, behaving courteously with empathy towards customers. Otherwise, it will hurt business and customer loyalty in the long run. Thank you!
Parking: If you come between 12pm-1:30pm on weekdays, it is a little bit challenging to find parking. However, currently, you can park at the parking lot across the street in the empty supermarket. Weekends tend to be more busy. It's a popular Vietnamese restaurant around this area. Good foods and large portions. Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap ♿️ parking available, and the restaurant is spacious enough for wheelchair accessible.
The food was excellent. Fresh, quality food. Nice atmosphere and the staff was exceptional. There is a synergy between the waiters to the women at the register. I ordered the BBQ shrimp and egg roll with vermicelli noodles. If I add one complaint, it would be there are only two BBQ shrimp. The shrimp was great with the different sauces. Suggestion: please add one or two more shrimp to the order. Otherwise, great food with excellent service. You can bring your family and friends!
Good place to have pho. Reasonably priced and good quantity. Advice: think about all you want to order at once. Because it's hard to get the servers back to your table.
There were plenty of parking space around the time that I was there. The waitresses dressed in the black uniform. Their service was good and quickly. The environment was nice with new remodeling. The food was just ok.
Great food, won't break the bank. Not paying for atmosphere which is great for lunch. Staff leave you alone, but are accommodating when you get their attention.
