Pho Hoang Restaurant was recommended to me. After the pleasant experience, I felt the need to rate it. The made from scratch egg rolls were perfectly crispy and the best I’ve ever had. The Rock and Roll Beef had an explosion of flavors and the Plum Chicken was a succulent masterpiece. The owner was cordial and friendly. The service overall was impressive. I highly recommend trying these dishes and the overall experience. #FoodieHeaven #PhoHoangRestaurant #FoodReview"
