Pho Hoa + Jazen Tea (San Ramon)

The food is good quality although there is no vegetarian spring roll available. Service is hit or miss. I eat here frequently but one day I was told to take any available table for a dine-in and then when I did so nobody came for more than 10 minutes and so finally I left because I was ignored. I tried to flag down a waiter and when I told him that I was being ignored, he just stood there with his jaw open and didn't say anything. After I left, I called the restaurant and the person attending apologized briefly over the telephone but didn't offer any improvement or resolution to the situation. Not sure if I'm going to go back anymore after about 30 visits. This incident sort of changes my feeling about the restaurant.

The beef in pho tasted very stale as if they used leftover pieces from a week ago.

The best vegetarian Pho I have ever had.

Excellent pho! We ordered takeout and it was delicious! Generous portions. Nicely packaged for take out. I am looking forward to dining in the restaurant.

Great food and staff were very friendly.

Really nice pho spot in San Ramon. We had the #2 Steak and Lean Brisket, #27 Beef Stew, 2 egg rolls and a nice avocado smoothie. The #2 was deliciously nice and hot but the #27 didn’t meet standards. The beef was a bit dry and chewy. If you’ve ever had TK Noodle (Tung Kee) beef stew with tendon then you have pretty high standards for beef stew in the Bay Area. The fried egg rolls also need improvement as it was overly fried and dry tasting which did not deserve the price per roll of $2.69 each. However, the Avocado Overload was really good! The young staff was really attentive, polite and kind so 5 stars for them! Ample parking around the shopping center with a really cool vibe with the nusoul music playing as you enjoy your dinner and conversation with company.

Wasn't a huge fan of the pho garlic beef meat. It had a strange stringy consistency and not a good flavor. Broth was good, and the berry milk bubble tea was amazing.
