We have family in Philly and Pho Ha Saigon is our first stop when we visit. Authentic Vietnamese food. Pick anything on the menu and it will not disappoint. It is also Grandpa's my husband's favorite noodle place. The place is always packed because the food is so delicious! Service is great. Never disappoints.
Awful. Completely went downhill, don’t know what happened. I used to eat here a lot growing up, friendly staff, solid food, chill place to eat on Oregon Ave after shopping at the attached market. First time going back in a few years, now staff is rude, broth is barely smoking in the WINTER, flavors are not good, the “fresh chicken” is not fresh at all and comes with like three pieces of awful chicken. Portion is small for the price, waitstaff sit around talking, not paying attention to patrons, person on the register is extremely rude! Waiter who took our order didn’t write anything down, impressive! But got one of our orders wrong and walked away. Whatever, they ate it anyways even though it’s not what she wanted, but come on. I really don’t need waitstaff to be pleasant or even nice but they really don’t care about how they treat you. I’m content with a hello or a thank you, especially when I’m at the register paying the bill! I regret even tipping 15% for service and food this poor. There is nothing redeeming about this place other than location and the past when it was a decent spot. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of food. I’d rather go anywhere else on Washington Ave. I would not recommend, and will not be back.
