I think this is first vietnamese restaurant I've walked into which had public radio playing on speakers in dining area. Others would have tv with vietnamese video or vietnamese music. I would expect viet music or TV so people get more of feel for asian theme... Food was ok, broth tasted like from a can... Very small vegetable accompaniment for large pho bowl.
Disappointed. Bad customer service. But hopefully you get better luck than I did. I noticed they switched up with other customers. No greeting, I was mean mugged, and when i asked a question about the menu she just pointed at the screen behind her without even looking and i informed her that i don’t see it up there she threw a menu on the table al while huffing and puffing. Extremely rude. I was afraid to even order.
Really good food and service, and the young man did a really good service.
Bathrooms were filthy food didn't come all at once some of our guests waited 15-20 min. After others got there's good was pretty good
Had this place before and it was good. The experience this time could've been better. The mens bathroom was sooo dirty. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in days. My friend found a piece of plastic in his fried rice. My wife found a piece of glitter in her dish. (none of us wear glitter.) My fried rice was fine but nothing special.
This was the saddest chicken banh mi I ever had. There was no mayo, the chicken was very dry, there were hardly any pickled veggies, and the bread was chewy. The only saving grace was that I got it to-go, so I could add mayo at home. I was sad... the sandwich was sad. 10/10 Sad.
My husband and I went in seeing their ad on the outside saying 'The Best Pho' Ever! We were both so disappointed! We ordered spring roll and Pho'. None were good; especially the Pho'! Besides the fact that he soup wasn't even hot enough to cook the beef, even after burying it in the bottom for a while, the beef was low quality; it was like rubber. The soup did not have the usual flavor.
This is one of my favorite spots
