**Update 4/11/2022** so sad. We had another appointment in the area and went into town specifically for this place. It was the first time I didn't finish my pho. The broth was so bland. I kept adding condiments but it didn't help. Prices were more than before but I understand that times are tough. The food was not good at all though. My son's rice was weirdly over cooked and undercooked at the same time. Most bland pho I've ever had. Poor customer service as well with no drinks until way later. This place has the most amazing staff and the pho is as delish as I remembered. The chef in the back came out and offered to get my kids food started early and then offered the chop the meat in small pieces so it was easier for them to eat. She also brought my husband extra Thai chilies and scissors to cut them because he is a glutton for punishment. Best service I have had in a really long time.

#2The price vs quality of the pho here is very disappointing compared to other smaller shops here in town.... there's an odor in the lobby I'll leave unmentioned.
Absolutely fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 very convenient location!!
After a long weekend of backpacking in Yosemite, my friend was craving Vietnamese food.I admitted not having a clue where to take her since I don't usually go to Vietnamese restaurants since I've always been spoiled growing up eating home made Vietnamese food.Pho Delite was very close to where we were so we stopped by on a whim.Boy was I glad we did. When we entered, we were pleasantly greeted by someone, taken to our seats and given menus (I also appreciate the fact they had digital menus posted on TVs near the registers). The place wasn't too crowded, and the server took our orders quickly. I was amused that they had Asada Tacos and burritos on the menu.It took a while for our food to arrive, but when it did, I was very impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Our server was very attentive and had an infectious smile.Overall, I'd come back here again. The wait was worth it.
**EDIT**Dude, no... they recently got new owners. We got spring rolls and they were falling apart like a kid made them. They tried to push the fact that they have tacos and burritos now. This is supposed to be a Vietnamese restaurant and the new owners are not, so it’s like a confused mess there now. 😭**PREVIOUS REVIEW**My boyfriend and I LOVE this place! We eat here all the time. They are always so nice and respectful. Is it weird to say even their water is good? Because it is. They only have pho but it’s ok because the quality of it is so wonderful. Would recommend for sure. 😊😋
A favorite spot for delicious pho. Next time I'll be back with my relatives. Reminds me of a restaurant in Philadelphia that I enjoyed.
A favorite location for delicious Pho. Got there near six, it wasn't packed at all. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again.
Absolutely the best greatest pho soup in the Centra Valley.
