Vegetarian pho leaves something to be desired. Not a fan of eggplant in the veggie pho, and this is the first place that I've seen eggplant added. Tofu is deep fried without any seasoning, and is extremely dry. Sugarcane juice is great though.

Thoroughly enjoyed my oxtail and beef pho, along with shrimp rolls. I've no doubt that all other items would be as delicious as well. Too bad I'm visiting here for a day only.
