They have great vietnamese food

We have been going there for a year now. This time around, a waitress really intimidated us to pay her tip. She came to our table after I had paid at the cash and started asking for money. Never happened before, but never going there again!

amazing food, the rare beef in PH03 was so tender it was amazing. only downside is that the chair, pencil, and utensils were sticky B09 was super good too!

It is very good in total. Just because i had some better experience with other pho restaurants, that is why i gave 4 stars instead of 5. But very good
