The pho is so fresh and spot on every time! You also get served asap, within minutes your fresh food is on the table.
Excellent pho. Legit. Recommended.
Best pho i’ve ever tried! Can’t forget this delicious spot in the area.
The attitude they all have. Had to wait a bit to order and when I asked for food, was still giving massive attitude. Definitely not a friendly place to be. No thank you
I moved here in 1987, and that is how long I have been going to this place. Staff: lovely staff. Almost the same people, they age as I age, but every time I come back to the area from deployments, they are here. Great people. Food: The quality of the broth hasn't changed much. However, the last few times I was here, it seems a little less flavorful. It's still good, but the aroma was missing. Atmosphere: tables are always filled. Good traffic. But no matter how crowded it gets, the food always comes out in a timely manner.
A small bowl runs you about $12, a large bowl $14. Cant go wrong with either. Truest broth and meat compared to other places. Ask for extra fats and vinegared onions on the side, make that dollar well spent. To the person complaining the condiments are served on paper plates, who cares? Are you gonna eat that paper plate too? they manage the bathroom just ok, dont sleep there, go do your thing and its not an issue. Is this fine dining money for $12? heck no, its money well spent is what it is.
A Vietnamese friend of mine said this is the closest pho to what he had in Vietnam. Perhaps I am too used to an americanized version of pho, but I found the broth here to be noticeably more sour than what I have been used to. Still, it seems like the cheapest place, perhaps due to being cash only, so I would still recommend trying it, as my Vietnamese friend for sure knows better than I do on this, and if this ends up being your favorite while also being the cheapest, then that is great value!
