Nikki and Elmer are the greatest employees they made my experience today unforgettable they made me feel so welcome and made my day today the coffee they made for me was probably the best coffee i’ve ever tasted.

Last time I go to any Philz to be honest. At this point I don't know if it's a management issue or endemic to all Philz because I have the same issue in South City. This is the 3rd or 4th time I drove all the way to the store just to be told they don't have either my food or drink left in stock....at noon. My partner has gotten the wrong drink multiple times. Staffed by a bunch of highschoolers, who are friendly enough but really have no conflict resolution skills and don't work well in a rush. Really makes it hard to want to support them like this. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

What a miserable experience. Totally and utterly understaffed. Took 35 minutes to get a cup of tea. Staff running as fast as they could but only two of them against the masses. Nowhere to stand and wait as the mid afternoon rush meant it was packed. One woman wanted to buy a bottle of water and literally threw $5 at the poor staff and left after waiting forever to pay. My patience with Philz model is about done. Invest in your staffing and also have a self serve kiosk for self-ordering.
