Great old school diner. Prices were reasonable ans staff was very friendly.

Great place!

Food was terrible. I will never go back. The cooks messed everything up from the hashbrowns to the pancakes, to the sausage gravy. Even the English muffin was terrible, burnt on the outside and not even warm on the inside. I didn’t know this could even happen, surprised in the worst way.

Let me put it this way: if you're heading through Sioux Falls and you don't get off the freeway for a meal at Phillips Avenue Diner, that'd be your loss. Don't lose out; great sandwiches, milkshakes, and entrées (one in our party had the jambalaya). All of it was terrific.

Love this place … a go to every time I visit Sioux Falls. Our server was great , Jes . Always checking in on us but never being intrusive.. Speedy checkout process.

Food was great, service was great. Lydia was fantastic and extremely nice! Poutine and Cobb salad were awesome and more food than I could eat at one sitting. Would definitely come back.
