Great sandwiches. Parking: Crowded at lunch.
Came to this Philadelphia sandwich shop, and I ordered the Philadelphia cheese steak sandwich, and it was delicious! it's the best! I recommend everyone to come and taste there Philly cheese steak sandwich. I give it 5 stars ⭐
Came here for the first time around 1:30 on March 1 Friday. Decided to stop by on my way home from UTC. Easy place to enter from Miramar road. Ordered the Joes Special and Philly with mushrooms. As I entered I was immediately greeted by a nice lady. Super friendly and helpful. Order was made fresh and quickly. She didn't call out my order number when it was ready she actually came out to the table and handed it to me and offered me hot sauce. Overall the food was good and service was great. Will def be back soon. =)
I am a San Diego native not an East Coast native I do not understand the following for this concept. I paid $15 for this cheese steak sandwich. It was decent, not bad but the entire time the only thing I could think about was buyers remorse and the really awesome beef enchiladas plate I could have got nextdoor for $14 and that l wouldn't have been hungry after
I watched my friend make love to his sandwich. It was hot (the sandwich, that is). It was so good he went for a second. 5/5 stars would watch again
Normally they are great but this time there was very little cheese and sandwich was dry Parking: Parking was right up in front of the place
I came here for the first time with my husband which I was excited to try being from the Philly suburbs. We tried the Joes Special cheesesteak that comes with onions, peppers, and mushrooms along with their cheesesteak fries and new Neapolitan style pizza. We loveddd all 3 items. The cheesesteak meat was cut up so nicely and there weren’t any chewy pieces. The flavors were great and the buns were Amoroso rolls . The fries were also so delicious and the margarita pizza had a great crust and perfect amount of cheese. There is Philly memorabilia all throughout the store which was so cool to see (including Mummers costume). The staff is super sweet and service is quick! Definitely recommend for your cheesesteak cravings (as it is hard to find outside Philly) and for your Herr’s chips and Tastykake fix ❤️.
Parking: Very crowded at lunch time and difficult to find a parking spot. Plan on coming before noon or after 1pm.
Authentic Philly Cheese steaks and hoagies. I lived in Northeast Philly before moving out to San Diego. These are way better than Jersey Mike's and Firehouse Subs. The key is not only a fair portion of fresh ingredients, but to stuff everything into an Amoroso roll. Every time I eat here I feel like I'm back in Philly. The service is always fast and friendly. Everything on the menu is delicious. Plus, they always have Tastykake treats. Gotta love the Kandy Kakes! ***Philly Joe retired and the shop is now owned by Abbey's BBQ a few doors down.*** Update: Got a large Italian hoagie. It was very tasty, however it seemed to contain less meat than in the past. Hopefully this was just a one time issue and not an ongoing cost cutting measure. Update: Got a large Italian hoagie. It was very tasty, however it still contained less meat than in the past. Parking: Plenty of parking in the parking lot, but it fills up at lunchtime. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance, and seating.
