PHARAOH KARAOKE

Literally came in at 9 o’clock and tried to leave at 10 but they had already charged us for two hours and didn’t let us know. They said they didn’t know we were leaving with just an hour and assumed we were gonna stay two hours. we ended up having to just stay for the extra hour cause they wouldn’t charge it for just the time your here. They also don’t communicate amongst each other so when we got here nothing was explained they just put us in a room and expected us to figure out everything.

Price was horrible he dosent tell you if you book on the phone they charge a $50 service fee on top of the charge for the room for one hour my family spent 87 dollars he needs to be honest at the time of booking so people know exactly what they are paying this place should be shut down great recommendation is the karoke spot on tupelo in antelope thank me later

I had my birthday party there the customer service was awesome, the prices was fair. I will be back .

I booked this karaoke lounge for my birthday and Brian the manager was very accommodating rooms were reasonably priced starting at $30 an hour! Highly highly recommend if you’re looking for a karaoke place in sac!

Update August 28 2023: Love the people here. Officially, I've been here at least once every 6 months now. Came in with a group of 5 at 8pm on Friday. They let us bring our own bottles -$10 each. Our group was more than happy to pay this charge as old ruru lala and other karaoke bars would never let this happen. The Manger there is awesome. He took care of us. Paid 340 this time but super worth it. Got 3 bottles of soju, 2 beer towers, and they threw in a free snack platter for us. 3rd great experience with these guys. The blur picture was how much fun we had. Old review: Everything good about the old ruru lala, but new ownership. being a sac native for over 15+ years and I remember going to ruru lala and always having the same fun experience. The new owners of the place is awesome. The people there is super friendly and lets be honestly we go in drunk or come out drunker than we expect and they treat you all the same. I've have 2 very great experience with the, one in September of 2021 and recently may of 2022. My first encounter under new ownership, we stayed from 12am-2am and cost me 300 bucks, with 3-4 soju, and 2 towers of beer. When we left they gave us fresh cold water bottles for the 6 members (me included) water bottles and mentioned to drive safe. My crew and I were extremely surprised because we never got that treatment. My second encounter is on Labor day. We came in around 8:30pm earlier than usual, but stood all the way till 12am. 3 soju and 1 beer tower this time and it came out to 60 bucks per person (4). We were also given an hour free next visit upon leaving. If you are reading this pharaoh, please continue to treat your customers well its how well you treat us, and it reflects how much we come back. I am a lifetime supporter for as long as i live in the area for sure.
