I came for a short trip to Southern California and stumbled upon this micro brewery thanks to a Lyft driver ! Just like one of the other reviews mentioned- this place is a hidden gem! When my friend and I pulled up to the outside we weren't sure to expect since it's inside an office plaza. We almost thought we had the wrong place. Once we were in however we were greeted by a warm atmosphere and found it to be really down to earth and fun. There are big tables and even board games in the back that you can play while sipping on some great beer. We were helped by Jes (Jessica) and she was awesome! She provided great service, was very down to earth, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She let us try different beers and her fun and engaging personality that added a great flare to the place! I'd love to come back the next time I'm in the OC area!

I want to give every employee here a forehead kiss. I’ve been coming to Phantom Ales for years and can’t say enough good things about the staff, environment and products but today I have to say a huge thank you to the staff working 7/16 evening. like always, i had a great meal and great drinks but our beer tender came out to our car as I was leaving to return my sunglasses. I totally appreciate her and always advocate for this place.

Quality of beers is impressive. Good selection of India Pale Ales. Happy hour is $4 pints.
