Phở Shiki

We went around noon on a Saturday. The restaurant was very cold! Food was less than desirable. Food came out fast but server was forgetfull/ flytie. She was very nice, but forgot things that we had ordered. Plates were left piled on our table. Bathroom was dirty. Door doesn't work properly. And no hand soap. We got edamome it was good. Calamari very bland! Shrimp dumplings were ok. 3 sushi rolls. Playboy roll is not your standard roll. It is not lit on fire (we did know that before ordering). At $13.95 for 8 pieces. Tempera lobster roll was very suspect, as we noticed that it was rolled with obvious pieces of shrimp disguised as lobster, shrimp was not listed in roll description. This particular roll came in at $12.95 for 5 pieces. Spicy crab roll looked like dried out like a gas station roll.

Your website says you're open. It is not open.

Can't seem to adhere to their posted hours.

So inconsistent. They say they are open online but the restaurant is closed. This isn’t the first time this has happened either.

The owners are visiting their home country and usually we have a five-star meal but this time was not the case we will not be going back until the owners are back people were polite but we got our bill served to us completely backwards we got our entrees first our appetizers second and our soups and salads last stuff was overcooked and did not taste the same even the Thai tea did not taste the same we will be back but not until the owners come back

The workers are nice, just it took a little longer than I expected to bring me my food.
