Phở Saigon Bay

(Posted 3 years ago) The last time I went, it was with my friends, I also noticed two new workers. It was a slow day when we got there, but we ended up waiting for a long time just to be seated despite all the available space. There were people who came after us that were seated before us as well. I usually always get #12 small when I come. The broth had a weird taste and the meat tasted old. Idk. I feel like it's not the same as it use to be, or maybe it was just an off day

My favorite pho place in Sacramento! They’re so good that they even sell cans of their broth! Worth a try definitely

food is amazing everytime. owners/workers get worse didn’t even bother telling us where to sit we order food and they spent whole time staring watching us eat it was the most uncomfortable experience ever will never go back again

It's like they let go of working hard like they use to. The food some time it's good sometimes it not. The service is ok just not like it use to b 10yrs ago
