Normally very efficient and helpful. I get take out often but on 2/22 they were so rude. I went to put a take out order and there were two women. One the cashier as soon as I said take out walked away and didn’t return. The other woman walked to the cashier and never looked or responded to me. But a native speaker man from behind me demanded to put an order in and she took his order. The restaurant was empty. Again I’ve been coming here for years and never treated this way. Maybe they had a bad day but very disappointing so much so I’m writhing this review.
Very good pho and ok price
I ordered their food many times until I found a small dead roach in my shredded pork rolls last night via Uber Eat.
Rude, poor customer service, food is really not good. Will not come back. It used to be very good. I used to come back every time I visited Honolulu. Waiter didn’t listen to us ordering. Drink didn’t come with food. I had to ask for it. Ordered another drink then didn’t give it to us, then they said it was missing some ingredients so I decided to declined to order. Canh chu was tasteless, not sour not sweet nor salty… Shrimps were ok, nothing extraordinary. The only good thing was the dessert drink but there were more ice than ingredients. Didn’t feel welcome nor appreciated. As customer, I made the effort to be nice but they didn’t.
My absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Honolulu. Great food, service, prices, and atmosphere. I take all of my out of town friends there and they all love it.
Variety selection the taste is true to home. All the food came out fast and fresh, the price was pretty affordable, competitive to the market around Hawaii. Highly recommended, it truly taste like "que huong" without the hefty price tax.
Great food, honestly can't go wrong with this restaurant. If you're in the area please pay this spot a visit, and some gift shops as well.
