Not the best pho in Portland but big dining space.

Gone downhill. Food and portions hang changed for the worse. Just about everything I used to order has been replaced with lessor quality ingredients. I'm not coming back again.

One of my go-to pho spots. I was feeling under the weather today with yet another cold and my first thought was pho. This place is food focused for sure. No amazing ambiance or anything, but it gets 5 stars because I don't care about the atmosphere. I care about delicious pho from people that care about the food and quality ingredients I got a large #12, ate till I was satisfied and my to go container is FULL... And I spilt some broth . 2 full meals for $17? Heck yes!

This place is great for Pho. We had the #1 Pho option on the menu in order to taste from everything a little. Flavors were really good!! I don’t recommend the spring rolls (salad rolls on the menu), the rice paper wasn’t fresh (it was hard to eat) when they were served to us and the peanut sauce wasn’t good enough to salvage them. Once we got our food, waiters did not came back to our table, so if you need to pick up some to go containers, there are some next to the counter and whenever you are ready to pay, you need to walk to the counter as well. For 2 pho orders and some spring rolls we paid 43.00 There is plenty of parking in the back of the building.
