Pho broth is still consistent. Have been eating there for decades except recent years. After trying out their number one, broth is still good. Warning, cash only so make sure have enough and beware of your surroundings since it's in Oakland. Lots of crime by blacks these days. We know why. Parking: Limited free parking. If there is no more parking it can be hard to find parking during peak hours.

Great food to go. There is no dining in option any longer.

今天中午去买的外卖，收钱那个人服务态度非常恶劣，我只是想和他確定一下外卖的食物，他非常不耐烦大声呼喝我，让我感到很意外，而且看见鱼露里面有小虫子，非常的恶心，相信这是第一次去光顾，应该也是最后一次，希望他们可以改善，做好卫生，必竟食物是吃进肚子的。

The waiter rushed us when he was taking our order. When we asked him a question about the menu he rolled his eyes and sighed and ignored us when we asked him a question. After taking our order he rudely snatched the menus out of our hands. Definitely ruined the dining experience

My family goes here every sunday for many years now. My 4 girls love their phone!!! By far the best phone place I have ever been too. The service is super fast at very friendly. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

I'm so thankful that this restaurant is still open. The food is good and hearty. Most of the Servicers have been there for a long time and are kind and helpful. My favorite is the wonton soup. It comes in 3 sizes, like a few of their dishes. Dress warmly and come inside for a hot and wonderful meal.
