We ordered pho through Uber eats and requested chicken broth which is posted as an option. For religious reasons we can’t have beef broth. When the item arrived, the soup had beef broth. I called the store and they wouldn’t refund us for the item. And we contacted Uber eats, and they wouldn’t refund it either. This isn’t the first time this has happened. They often mess up online and phone orders. Clearly they are not paying attention to orders and details. But to make someone pay for something they can’t eat, that’s just really bad service and inconsiderate.

We came around 7:30pm and ordered two bowls of Chicken Phở. The broth of chicken Phở was tasted as plain as water - no flavor at all . At least, the service is acceptable.

We arrived at the restaurant 30mins before they close. The receptionist checked us in. The service is good. Our food is served in 10mins and is really good. We will come back soon.
