I was in the area and decided to get a couple of appetitizers to go. While placing my order, I noticed a sign that said to the effect, "do not take your order/s from the counter without having it be given to you by a staff member. " I waited for about ten minutes and the hostess who took my order came to the counter and pretty much threw an order on the counter causing a loud noise. She immediately turned and went back to the food service area, waiting for more orders to come out of the kitchen. About 5 minutes later, a customer walked in and went straight to the counter to pick up her order without even checking in with the hostess. The hostess did not pay attention to what was happening at the counter either despite seeing the customer grabbing her order and leaving. The customer looked at me and I looked at her as she walked out. Several minutes went by and seeing the other customer take her order without informing the hostess I decided to go check if the order the hostess threw on the counter was mine and sure enough it was mine! I waited twenty minutes for an order that I could have gotten in half the time. Such terrible customer service. They take your money but do not care if you get your food or not. If you want it, check for yourself. To top it off, the food I received was even more disappointing. The shrimp and pork spring rolls were small, did not have mint, cilantro, cuccumber or any other veggies other than noodles, bean sprouts the tiny half slice shrimp and super thin slice of pork along with the lettuce as wrapper. The roll had NO flavor and so unappetizing. The food you get is not worth the money you spend. Needless to say, I will not be making another trip to this establishment in the future.

My absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Sacramento! The food is so amazing and fresh. The pho is so bomb! I could eat here every day (if my budget allowed it), but I eat here at least twice a week now. Great service as well.

First time and the last, order pho the soup is not warm for pho standards and taste not what I expected, take a bite and leave as is. Well wishes with your pho business.

I came here for the first time to find a big a** fly in my soup! Never eat here!! After I told them about the fly and showed them, they tried to make me pay!!! I asked to speak to a manager and was treated so disrespectful. I would not trust this place. Never again! It was disgusting!

Delicious food. The lemon chicken was savory and sweet - so good. I loved the pickled vegetables and sauce, as well

I would not recommend this place There were three of us Two of them got there plates quickly When I got my plate late with no explanation for tardiness and it was short on food (meat) I do not recommend this place!!

I've been trying a few of the items on the menu, and since I haven't been disappointed and still have no complaints. Delicious
