The Chicken Pho here is the best, the boba drinks are miraculous, I give this place top review. The food and service are great, I do recommend to my friends.

I’ve been coming here for yearsssss since before the pandemic, sadly during the pandemic they added different workers and the service has not been the same. These new employees have no regard for where their hair ends up. I love their food but ending up with their hair in my food bag is gross! Not only that but I called before I came inside to ensure my food was ready, the girl picked up the phone(I was parked outside right by the door so I saw it all) and quickly put it down and walked off.. I didnt even get to say a single word. She never got back to me. I hung up and tried to call back like 10 more times and obviously the calls didn’t even go through cause she hadn’t hang the phone. When I came inside I tried to tell the girl about their phone and she just brushed me off and ignored me. Just not a pleasant experience today and hadn’t been for a while now.
I've been to this place a couple times. Last time being a year ago. Since then, their quality of food has went down and their prices skyrocketed by about 33%. My wife ordered the pho and sandwich combo and I ordered the large pho. When my wife's food came, I noticed the sandwich looked old and stale. We took a bite and you can tell it definitely has been sitting out for a while. The sandwich tasted old. Now my guess is, since they offer half sandwiches, they probably make a full sandwich and cut it in half for a customer, and save the other half until another customer orders another combo. This is also by far the most expensive pho place I've recently been to in Fresno with pho bowls reaching upwards and 19 dollars...19 DOLLARS!!!! For that price you can go to an all you can eat buffet and get multiple bowls of pho. Sorry, but this place is not worth it, and it has definitely declined in quality.
Word of advice to the owner, when people dine in and paid for their food- do not start cleaning and throwing away people without asking them. I just took 3 bites of my food and wanted to take home, paid over $30 and came back to see my food toss away- waste of money and unprofessional. Another advice, waitress do not come clean people table while they are sitting there- you got my money already and threw my food and now you cleaning the table while I am still sitting at my table. To all the family out there, do not waste your time, and pay for something that will toss away in front you … not worth the money, time and and me being there. Instead of tossing my food away, I could have just take that money and give it to the homeless.
The pho was ok, but the service was great
EVERYTHING HERE IS GREAT, 6/5 STARS WOULD COME BACK FOR ROUND 2
This is the spot that got us into eating pho. Very good. Customer service is great. The ONLY thing i don’t like is how sometimes the soup doesn’t come out as hot as it should. Some days it’s just “warm” idk about anyone else but i like my soup to come out boiling hot. Other than that this is my favorite spot. I get the beef soup.
