P.F. Chang's

As a first-time visitor, I was impressed by the overall quality of the restaurant. Its convenient location, close to other places of interest, made it an ideal spot to dine after a day of exploration. The decor was a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. While the main entree(buddha's feast) didn’t quite meet my expectations. Soup was very nice.

The place was too bright, the rice was under cooked, the manager was dismissive and the waitress was over bearing. Will not be going back

We decided to do takeout tonight. We frequent this restaurant as this is one of our favorites places to dine. It was busy which is expected. However, we had to wait well over 40 minutes after our expected time for our food to be ready. I called the first time to notify the staff members we were outside awaiting our curbside order. After approximately 20 mins later no one came out, called, delivered food to the car etc I called again to notify the staff we were still awaiting our food. The sent someone out maybe 20-25 mins later. Some items weren’t as ordered so unfortunately we had to send it back. They did remake the items. We got home to enjoy our meal and for some reason the food was spicy. Usually it’s not spicy so I’m not sure if some sort of seasoning or spice accidentally got mixed in. I was disappointed with the service tonight. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, offer a drink while we waited, no plastic ware was included without take out order, no soy sauce etc. We’ve dined in and ordered takeout plenty of times and haven’t encountered service this bad in a while. We were planning to celebrate my mom birthday next month I’m not sure. I guess we have to do fine in vs takeout. Maybe because it was a Friday I’m not sure.

Food was good the waitress was aweful rude wrong order we were a party of 10 we had to wait 9 dinners came out waiting for 1 dinner at the end of 9 of us eating ..Then she was aweful for bill even asked about would you like change the but tip included not good at all ...overall Melanie get some manners and remember who is right Customer ,!!!!!! Always So in polite !

Meeting a friend for an early dinner in West Chester

Good variety and good quality. Won't beat many hole-in-the-wall places but if you know you want something Asian and aren't sure what you want it gets the job done

Great Place if you love Chinese Food.

Jordan the manager is very unprofessional I get if you're having a bad day but you do not get in the face of your customers because your kitchen is slow at getting food out is unacceptable. I'm not sure how this guy even has a job very hostile unprofessional and I hope to never see him again I will not be going back to that location and I live by it. I hope that PF Chang's corporate or a general manager for the area will see this in contact me this is a hazard and dangerous situation for a customer's and employees if managers keep getting confrontational in close to being physical
