My experience was great. We had several different waiters. They were all great. I had the Tereyakl Shrimp, Fried Rice and Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts. My food was good.
Jonathan was great! We sat outside for dinner and had a great experience! We will be back. Kid-friendliness: Really good kids menu and very affordable prices
Great service from Jonathan
Very pleasant experience. The food was delicious and our server was delightful.
The Bartender was professional and kind. The food is mediocre. Not real Chinese good, can not eat this food The next day.
Ordered a GF menu item from here ( the changs spicy chicken) as this is a restaurant we generally trust for my wife who has celiac disease. It had breaded shrimp mixed in with the chicken which is NOT GF and has caused an allergic reaction for her which makes her throw up. She is also pregnant right now which causes complications to this situation even more. This is extremely frustrating as they have a GF menu and if they can’t do a simple thing like not mix chicken and breaded shrimp I don’t know if I would trust them with any allergy at all so please beware of this issue.
It's a slow Sunday evening. Hostest couldn't have been less friendly or honestly cared less. Waiter didn't bring silverware I got up and grabbed some chopsticks from their cart AFTER our appetizer got to the table - cold. Main dish was Mongolian beef and sesame chicken, sides were glazed carrots, brussel sprouts. They said oh you get 2 sides now, we thought "ooh cool thanks!" ...it's a trap. They decreased the protein to fill the plate with subpar cold sides. The carrots were mushy and were not fresh, the brussel sprouts passable. We ordered the cauliflower which didn't come out till we told the waiter food was awful. We waited for a cup of water for 16 minutes - I timed it. We waited for a bowl of rice which we ordered initially but didn't come till after we told the waiter food was awful when he came to ask. This is 20-25 mins after entrees were on the table. To be fair, rice was the only thing to come out hot. We collectively agreed we would've gotten better food and service at the mall Chinese place.
P.F Changs used to be one of my favorite restaurants, known for the amazing decor and food. First of all, it’s a disappointment at how small the menu is now. They used to have specialty mocktails that I loved, and they are all gone. The menu is very limited. The spring rolls my husband ordered were drenched in oil and our main entree was average. The limeade we ordered wasn’t anything special There was a slight smell and the women’s bathroom floor was full of dirt. I never imagined one of my favorite restaurants going downhill like this.
Jonathan was great. Love their new menu with veggies. Brussel sprouts and carrots are great
Good food. Expensive. Service was so-so. Atmosphere is loud if you like that kind of thing.
