P.F. Chang's

Our server Kim was amazing. She was one step ahead of what we needed! And she really seemed to love what she does. The food was good and service was great! Past times I have been here the server didnt seem very friendly but Kim was so bubbly and kind!

This is my favorite place to eat! I have never had a negative experience at P.F. Changs.

My husband grew up eating the lettuce PF Chang’s and swore I had to try them at some point in my life. They were really good! This was my first time going and I’d heard overall it was overrated, but the lettuce wraps were solid, but on the salty side, and honestly everything was pretty salty. Even leaving, we could hear someone else at another table saying how their food was too salty to eat. The atmosphere was great, although not as fancy as I was under the impression it was. Maybe it used to be, but not anymore. Our waitress was very sweet! Overall, I don’t think I would go back. Glad I can say I went and tried it out, but I definitely would rather support my local restaurant or fix whatever it is I’m craving at home next time. Vegetarian options: Vegetable sections and strictly vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: Just tell waitstaff about an allergy and it can be potentially accommodated Parking: Have to park across the street in the lot and then walk across into the shopping area Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly! Wheelchair accessibility: Accesible by wheelchair, but I’m sure it is difficult to maneuver on a busy Saturday night. Tables are tight!

We had seven people in our group tonight . We watched 5 other tables come in , order, eat and leave and we still had no food. Waited over an hour after we ordered, finally told the waiter to just cancel our food and THEN he finally served us. We had to ask for cutlery , drink refills( multiple times), the food was barely warm and it was almost 9 pm when we left. The manager came out and offered to comp our meals which was absolutely the right thing to do since we weren’t able to enjoy our dinner. Needless to say, we won’t be back. However, if you want a really great Chinese meal, try Ding How on Whitesburg Dr. Thier soup , noodles , everything is so much better than PFChang.

Classy Cassy was an awesome server, she was friendly, helpful and just had an amazing attitude. The food was great and the drinks were amazing. First time I had been there and I will definitely be returning again. Kid-friendliness: This was the first time in over 4 years that I took my autistic daughter out to a restaurant. She was so calm and quiet and I know it was due to the lighting and the atmosphere.
