First time going to PF Chang's. Was able to snag one of two last remaining reservations for Valentine's Day. What a beautiful restaurant! The decor is really nice. They had it all nice and romantical (it's a word now) with rose petals on the tables. Our server did such an awesome job considering how busy she was. Super friendly. I hope she made bank. The food was delicious! I had to try the Chili Crab and Pork Belly fried rice. So good. Should be permanent! The short ribs were tender and full of flavor. Had a great date with my wife! Thank you guys!

Generic, but was good nonetheless. We had the Mongolian beef, lettuce wraps, and lo mein. Much better than our past experience.

We used to get takeout from this P.F. Chang's quite often, and it was always good. But the last few times, not so much. The last time we had it, we waited a good 30 minutes after our scheduled pick-up time before the food was ready, only to have part of the order wrong and then had to wait for it to be fixed. A dish we had gotten many times before was bland and basically tasteless on that trip, and another meal that was supposed to be chicken had several pieces of shrimp in it (which had actually happened once before as well...which is scary for people with shellfish allergies who think their chicken meal should be safe). This week we got takeout for our whole extended family--6 meals and three appetizers. The orange chicken was downright awful. It was soggy and mostly breading with minimal chicken. The filet mignon wantons had the consistency of mushy meatballs. For as expensive as this place is, it should be far better. Not sure what happened, but it's definitely not the same quality as it used to be. We've given it multiple chances at this point and won't waste our money again.
