Peyote was a great find. Friendly and attentive staff in an open and casual atmosphere. For food, we nibbled on the Leche de Tigre ceviche. For my taste, the ceviche was a bit too heavy as I prefer a lighter bite and sauce. Opinions vary - my partner loved it. Spice level was moderate to light but still present. We also tried the fries which were solid and the shrimp tacos (not pictured). The shrimp tacos were solid but packed with cabbage while being a bit light on dressing, which made for a dry bite. Also tried the mezcal cocktail which okay - it was not boozy or particularly smoky but the smoked pineapple was a nice touch. After brunch take a stroll up Fremont and check out the art.
Trying to find a good restaurant in Vegas can be overwhelming given the amount if options, but I am so glad we found this and decided to try. The staff, ambiance and of course the food was even more incredible! 5 out 5 recommend!
Wonderful dinner..excellent presentation and delicious! Atmosphere was fantastic!
Poached eggs were way under cooked, really just raw. Tried to tell the server and was ignored, was sitting at the bar.
5 stars across the board It's so good.
One of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. I love the brunch options —from veggies to the Papalonas. Try the Leche de Tigre ceviche and the seasonal salads.
