Went for the pop-up at the counter seats. For me, the wine was better than the food, but I appreciate the meticulous attention to detail in the preparation of all the dishes and its uniqueness. The main fish was cooked perfectly but it tasted a bit past due so that was very unpleasant. The sauce plated with the fish overwhelmed the taste of the fish also. It is disappointing for a pescatarian restaurant. Dietary restrictions: Not accommodated for tastings.
The whole experience was a taste sensation and true culinary experimentation where the chef gets it right with every bite. The wine pairings added just the right bouncy to elevate the meal well done.
One of my all-time favorite dining experiences, significantly less formal than its big sister, which actually is a better fit for my style.
San Francisco is one of the few cities to set boats restaurants with Michelin stars I live in New Orleans we’re food is a big part of the culture but it’s never particularly great or varied how thrilling it was for me then to find an old-school wonderful French restaurant with such creative thinking and perfect delivery And not too fussy I look forward to returning to The City for a wonderful meal with a fried. C’est tres Cher. But so interesting. And it’s OK if you don’t drink, I don’t drink and never feel like I need to drink when I’m having wonderful food.
