Pete’s is Pete’s and I love it!

Always have amazing food and service. Highly recommend shrimp and chips and the burritos!

I can get better in the frozen food section at my local Walmart. Nothing had any sort of flavor the fires had no salt the fish and shrimp were barely warm and the sauce has no flavor.

Okay this is not the Pete's of old. Always check your bag before you leave . Went there today and got a order short of my monster burger .Which happed to be the only part of the order I wanted .I called them and told them about the wrong order ,which I hate having to do in the first place .The person I reached who said his name was Oscar kept asking my name to give me a credit ,but kept pronouncing it wrong .Which leads me to the belief every child should have hooked on phonics ,or parents give their children better senses of humor than to toy with customers who have been going to Pete's for over 40 years . I did noticed that even though the order has been shorted ,the bill still had a monster burger on it . So maybe one of the guys working there might have had lunch on me or just couldn't read the order . Wouldn't doubt it ,I have been there while employees were puffing on the e cigs in the back ,with funny smelling cartridges. So wouldnt doubt the munchies were involved or alternate reality was in play .Nevertheless this ia systemically bad business and is obviously due to lack of management qaulity ,no management or inexperienced management.So with this being said I can only relate three words to people that work in such an environment that are not trying to be mediocre in life at best and they are : Stay in school.

The food is usually good. Usually. But the people that work a business really do have a lot to do with the type of business it is. The employees here are always rude, short and off putting. Every time I come here and I am so mad about it. Each employee I have dealt with there over the past 5 years have been bad, more then rude and very disconcerted with the type of customer service you give?? It seems as though the people here genuinely do not care about your order or how you make someone feel. They never use the words please, thank you or cya next time; nothing. It is sad. I am 45 and have been coming here for years! It make me very sad to see how the service type and model has changed and gotten to be so bad. I am a westsider. If Mandy’s was still open I would go there. For now I will stop coming here, I will drive to ole Avondale and just go to Ed’s.

Stopped at Pete's Fish & Chips for a monster burger combo with onion rings. Great price great food
