The cashier to the managers are extremely rude. Be prepared. Kid-friendliness: Very rude customer service. It’s not what you say but how you say it. If this rude culture continues I don’t see Peter Piper being open much longer.

We had my nephews birthday this past Saturday and it seems like nothing went right. Starting off with the Party Host Isa. Isa was not prompt with services at all and not very considerate of time, although she started cleaning up the party 15-20 minutes before our party over. It took awhile to get the cards loaded with the tokens, they announced my nephew as a girl. Isa interrupted during the cake cutting to handle business stuff, which was very inconsiderate. Also, she brought the ice cream out very late not while eating cake. I would rate the experience as a 2 and only because the kids wasn’t impacted. I wouldn’t recommend having a party here at all. Last year was better and a better host.

Only thing I didn't really like is the host constantly came to our table about the time and we had plenty of time. Trust when our time was up we was going to move like we did.... Responding back about the party host it was not her fault she was just doing her job and doing what her manager told her. She was very nice and professional.
