Tried crusted chicken wok with quinoa and chicken tenders with quinoa . This s d first time i tried quinoa on chicken snd i liked d test but were lill less spicy to me so i ate with sauce of my choice and i liked it. This s my firdt shot st peruvian food and this is certainly a place to try
I finally tried Peruvian Wok for dinner takeout and I was definitely satisfied. It's been a while since I had Peruvian food. The fusion flavors are tasty and it's a great option for lunch or dinner. The meats were juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. The 'fusion aspect' is apparent in their crusted chicken wok item. It is always hard to balance freshness with take-out food. I agree with other reviewers and think the crusted chicken did not retain the crispiness. The lomo saltado was my favorite flavor with this meal and I liked the juicy tomato a lot. Their sauces were very good at complimenting the dishes. Ordered: -Lomo Saltado Tenderloin w/ Quinoa, French Fries, Criollita, and Acevichado Sauce -Crusted Chicken Wok w/ rice, sweet potato fries -Chicha Morada - Peru's 'purple beverage' from dried corn. This was very refreshing with the meal. Highly recommend it. Overall, the bowls were well-balanced meals. This a a good option for delicious, fast Peruvian food. Nice cloud kitchen, takeout process is extremely smooth and food is fine
Ordered a delivery from this restaurant and the bag had unbent staples that hurt my finger
I tried the Lomo saltado noddles, so delicious! So happy to try new Peruvian food near downtown San Jose, we don't have that many options and glad this restaurant opened. Also the chicha morado so good and unique.
