This is my first time actually applying to a job via a recruiting agency. I have been approached by recruiters in the past that seemed to know nothing about what I actually do and were trying to get me to apply to jobs that were just a bad match to begin with. I had a completely different experience with Persone. I applied to a position and rather than simply forward my resume to the client, Morgan from Persone had a full 30 minute zoom interview with me to ensure that I was a good match for the position and give me a good sense of what the position being advertised would actually entail. Minutes after the call, Persone sent me a bunch of detailed info to look at on the hiring brand and company - a prep kit if you will. Throughout the interview stages, they were in touch with both me and the person hiring and always communicative and response. Stone silence and not knowing what is happening is the worst part of a job search and they eliminated that entirely. I am excited about my new position and can definitely say that Persone played a huge role in the whole process.
