Not good. Service was very slow. Eggs were cold and sausage was dry and hard
Waiter was excellent Parking: No
The ambiance of the restaurant is nice. It is clean, well laid out, and easy to walk through. The food was good with expected presentation for the type of restaurant and price point. Our server was friendly, but did not check on us outside of bringing drinks and food. We asked for water to go with our kids hot chocolate, it never arrived. The amount of time we waited for our food to arrive from the time we ordered was about 30 minutes, which with hungry kids feels like an eternity. Our kids order was brought to the table knowing it was wrong, and asked us if it was okay that it was not exactly what they ordered, with no offer to fix it or discount our bill. If you’re not on a time constraint and are with friends or family that visits never feel long enough this is the place. If you want sit down, with peppy, quick service this is not the place. Women’s Bathroom has 2 regular stalls and 1 handicap accessible stall. The soap is really high up, not ideal for those in a wheelchair or children. The regular stalls are very small and difficult to close and open the door, due to the door almost touching the toilet when open. It was a bit tight even for my tiny 10 year old. Kid-friendliness: Kid menu and drinks. Cookie comes with their meal. No kid placemats or activities while waiting. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps are in place outside, wide isles between tables, and accessible bathrooms.
Food was cold, avacado was brown, the hollenday sauce was cold, and the egg yolks were hard, the muffin was tough. The waitress when told the food went about washing tables instead of rectifying the situation.
There were 3 of us and charging 3.39 for a coffee seemed very expensive, so I won't order cofee there anymore.
I've had consistently good food and service.
My family and I will drive across town because we feel appreciated not made to feel like an inconvenience. My kids love it.
Went for lunch about 1 pm today. Not busy at all. I ordered a build your own omelette with sausage and cheese, hash browns, and sourdough toast with a sausage patty on the side. Received the he omelette but no sausage patty. I got up and told the server I did not receive my sausage patty, they yelled at kitchen to put a rush on the sausage. Waited and still no sausage, asked again and they said ok. No sausage patty so I asked again which by this time I was getting pretty pissed. Asked again and several minutes later I was delivered 2 sausage links! I said this isn't right and then they were going to get me the patty. By that time we had been there over an hour. Server never came to the table to see if everything was ok or anything. This is the worst service I have ever had there and I go there a lot. Guess I will have to find another place to eat.
